OCTOBER 13, 2025 The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the respondents have released the gratuity, leave encashment and difference of suspension allowance as due and payable to petitioner. A pursis to that effect has been placed on record.

2] In view thereof, the purpose of filing petition has been served. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that though payment is received, interest thereon is not received, and seeks liberty to avail remedy as is available in law. 3] The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
