This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. 3.

In view of the fact stated in the application, the respondent No. 1(b), the power of attorney holder of respondent Nos. 1(a) and 1(c) is allowed to withdraw the amount. The amount be paid to respondent No. 1(b), with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against respondents alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court. The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
