This application is filed by petitioner for early hearing of petition.

Shri Kalbande, learned Counsel for petitioner, submits that petitioner is out of service for more than 15 years and has good case on merits as in the same incident of alleged assault on Manager by petitioner and others, though other employees of respondent Corporation are stated to be awarded with minor punishment, petitioner is dismissed from service. Considering facts as aforesaid and since petitioner is stated to be out of job for more than 15 years, application is allowed. The petition be listed in the caption of final hearing in the week commencing from 31/7/2017.
