The learned Assistant Government Pleader informs that the Petitioner has passed away in year 2021. The Petitioner was appearing in person. Perusal of the Petition shows that the Petitioner has raised certain general grievances and had

wp 336.2010 challenged the order passed by the Chancellor of the Respondent University, wherein his representation was rejected as not falling within the purview of Section 108 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. The representation of the Petitioner was also general in nature.
