It is noticed in several cases that though the matters are settled long ago, the appeals are pending before this Court. In view of the casual approach of the officers of the appellant-Corporation in dealing with the matters and not attending the matters diligently, the appellant shall deposit Rs.Two Thousand with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur and produce receipt of it on record of this appeal within one month.
