ATED : 16th February, 2021 Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the DNA report is not yet available.

After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was disinclined to entertain the plea for bail, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file bail application before the Court below if the DNA report is not available and the trial does not proceed against the applicant within a period of six months.

Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No.43/2021 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
