This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 307 days in preferring the Family Court Appeal.

We have heard learned counsel Ms Shweta Pardhy, on behalf of the appellant and learned counsel Ms Swati Paunikar, on behalf of the respondent. We have perused the application.

The reason as stated in the application found to be satisfactory and hence the application is allowed. Delay of 307 days is condoned. Appeal be registered.

Civil Application is disposed of.
