CORAM
: S.B. SHUKRE, J.
DATE : 15 th JANUARY, 2018.
Heard Mrs. U.A. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioners.
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that there was neither any compliance with the order of the Labour Court nor any intention on the part of the petitioners to not comply with the order of the Labour Court.
In view of the fact that the stay granted by the High Court was in operation because of the pendency of the writ petition. There was also one more reason, as submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, which may have disabled the petitioners from making any effective compliance with the order of the Labour Court and it was that the
wp.19.18 2/2 petitioners were not authorised to give effect to the order of Labour Court and the instructions from the State Government in the matter were awaited.
In view of the above, issue notice for final disposal at the admission stage to the respondents, returnable on 5th February, 2018.
Meanwhile, the substantive sentences of conviction are suspended until further orders and the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- each together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :
The petitioners shall remain present before this Court or the Labour Court as and when required. JUDGE *sdw
