18/01/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application. Vide order dated 17/11/2022, 14 days time was granted to remove office objections. However, due to some communication gap, while informing the client, some delay is caused.

For the reason stated in the application, delay of 30 days in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application.

The application stands disposed of.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.657/2023 The present application is filed for restoration of the Second Appeal St. No.15994/2022 which was dismissed by order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated

2 11 cao 69-2023 17/11/2022. It is contended that the appellant is old aged person and for want of clear information, applicant could not remove the office objections and matter was dismissed by the order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 17/11/2022. I am satisfied that the reason for non removal of office objections is justified. As such, order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 17/11/2022 is hereby set aside. The present Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

The registry is directed to register the Second Appeal on its original stamp number.

3.

After registering the same, the learned Counsel for appellant to remove the office objections within one week.

The application stands disposed of.
