From the perusal of report, it appears that it was lodged after 15 days from the date of incident. From the contents of report, it also appears that the deceased was in love with the applicant. It appears that due to frustration, lover of the applicant committed suicide. The co-accused is already enlarged on bail. Hence, the following order. The application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions.

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
