th January, 2015 Dated : 16 If the Trial Court has observed that the certified copies of the documents placed on record are admissible in evidence, then it is open for the petitioner to urge at the time of final hearing of the suit that the documents are required to be read in evidence. If the Trial Court refuses to accept such contention, the petitioner has remedy of filing a Regular Civil Appeal challenging such findings by the Trial Court.

No interference is called for at this stage. The petition is dismissed. All questions are left open.
