Hence according to him the challenge raised in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition has been filed by the guarantor challenging the deductions sought to be made by the respondent No.1 pursuant to issuance of the Recovery Certificate.

In view of subsequent events, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
