Heard.

Perused the report. The applicants came to be arrested on 09th December, 2018. Offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 came to be registered against the applicants/accused.

The applicants/accused were remanded to PCR by the learned Magistrate. During the custody, weapon in question is recovered from the accused. Investigation is complete.

Learned APP has strongly objected the application. The quarrel took place between the applicants and injured and during the quarrel, they beat each other. The applicants beat injured by iron pipe. Weapon is also recovered from the applicants. Further detention of the applicants is not necessary. Hence, the following order.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicants be released on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) each with one solvent surety each in the like amount, on the following conditions. The applicants shall attend Police Station, Akot City once in a week i.e. every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

The applicants shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
