Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr. Purohit, learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7 have no objection. In view of which, the civil application is allowed.

The legal heirs be brought on record within a week from today. Upon they being brought on record, issue notice to the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2, returnable in two weeks.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
