After hearing learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, at this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 2.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after receipt of the DNA report. 3.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
