Also perused the relevant documents placed on record and the charge-sheet, with the assistance of the learned counsel for the appellant. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Mr S. S. Doifode. After extensive hearing, when the Court was about to dismiss the appeal, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that permission be given to him to withdraw the present appeal. His prayer is accepted. The appeal is dismissed, as withdrawn. Since, the learned counsel for the appellant is withdrawing the appeal, the Court is not giving detail reasons as to why the appeal is dismissed.
