By this application, applicant is seeking set aside the order dated 2.1.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the registration of the First Appeal Stamp No.8928 of 2022.

It is contended by the learned Advocate for the applicant that due to the non-payment of the deficit Court Fees and non-removal of the office objections, the appeal was dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial). It is apparent that the applicant had sought time from the Registrar (Judicial) for payment of necessary Court Fees. However, neither paid the Court Fees nor removed the office objections and hence the appeal came to be dismissed.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that within eight days, he will remove all

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the applicant, on depositing the Court Fees and on removing the office objections within eight days, the appeal be restored.

Misc. Civil Application No.105 of 2023 is disposed of.
