The appellant has filed this application praying that the effect, operation and execution of the judgment passed by the learned Principal District Judge under Section 41D(5) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 upholding the order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner dismissing the appellant from trusteeship of the public trust, be stayed. Considering the concurrent findings recorded by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner and learned Principal District Judge, prima facie, the appellant is not entitled for the interim order. The civil application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the
