This application praying for grant of early hearing was filed on 8th January 2019 and it is pending since then. Considering the pendency of the petitions of earlier years and the nature of the controversy involved in the present writ petition, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for early hearing, at this stage.

The respondent No.3 will be at liberty to reiterate its request after six months.
