The learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms N.P.Mehta for the petitioners points out that this Court has decided similar challenge in Writ Petition No.5031 of 2021 (The State of Mah., thr.its Secretary, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32 and ors vs. Sadanand Nilkanthrao Thote) along with connected writ petitions on 25.1.2022. The order impugned in this writ petition is identical to the orders that were impugned in those writ petitions. 3.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 25.1.2022, the writ petition stands dismissed with no order as to costs.
