This is an application for speaking to minutes for the operative order dated 09/01/2024.

The criminal application (APPLN) No. 01/2024 is already disposed of by this Court by order dated 09/01/2024. Inadvertently, in operative part in clause no.2 it is mentioned that, "execution of the substantive jail sentence imposed by the trial court shall stand suspended, till disposal of the application" instead of "till disposal of the appeal before the first appellate Court".

The clause no.2 be corrected and corrected operative order be uploaded.
