We note that there is no affidavit in response filed rebutting the contention of the petitioner that on the date of submission of the application form and the attestation form, he was not even aware that he was prosecuted. Since the only ground of termination is the alleged suppression, we make it clear that if the respondents so wish, they may file a rebuttal in the next
