By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition which is imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant has filed an application for quashing of the FIR wherein the directions are sought that the investigation may go on but the investigating agency shall not filed charge-sheet. 4.

In view of that, charge-sheet is not filed. The investigation is still in progress. At this stage, considering the involvement of the present applicant in the offence which is in the nature of the economic offence and the investigation is still in progress. At this stage, it is not an appropriate stage to cancel the said condition.

In view of that, the application is rejected. 6.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to file the application after completion of the investigation. 7.

The application is disposed of.
