This is an application for suspension of jail sentence and grant of bail.

The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012 and is directed to suffer R.I. for 10 years and to pay fine of Rs. 5000/- and in default of payment of fine further to suffer S.I. for three months.

After hearing the learned counsel for applicant quite sometime, he submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
