DATED : 26.03.2025 The present application is filed for grant of early hearing by fixed date. The objection raised by the respondents that this Court granted interim relief after hearing the matter at length. As such, there is no reason for grant of early hearing. However, considering the fact that there was no application for grant of early hearing moved prior to this. For the reasons mentioned in the application, it would be appropriate to list the matter for final hearing as his disqualification is under challenge.
