The Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the RespondentReturning Officer of not permitting the Petitioner to withdraw his nomination form. The Petitioner's contention is that when the Petitioner filed nomination form, he was not aware that his close relative was also contesting the election. The date for withdrawal of nomination was 4 January, 2021, which has long gone past. It is not possible to entertain the request of the Petitioner as the election schedule is already substantially advanced.
