Civil Application [CAF] No.3170/2017 :

Learned Counsel for appellant submits that the entire amount awarded by Reference Court has been deposited. Learned Counsel for claimant does not dispute the same.

As entire decretal amount has been deposited, the effect and operation of impugned judgment and award dated 24/09/2013 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.144/2010, is stayed till the disposal of appeal.
