The Petitioner has questioned the inclusion of Petitioner's name in the final list of candidate by the Respondent No.3. The election programme has been declared for the election of Gram Panchayat at Village Walsara, Tah. Chamorshi, Dist. Gadchiroli. The voting is scheduled on 20 January, 2021.

At this stage, such interference in writ jurisdiction is not warranted particularly when the Petitioner has a remedy of filing an Election Petition after the results of the election are declared, wherein the Petitioner can raise all the contentions raised in this petition. 4.
