Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has submitted that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to some of the accused. There was quarrel between two parties and both parties lodged reports against each other. Offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered against both the parties. The applicants are in jail since 28.11.2018. The coaccused are granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Hence, the applicants are entitled for grant of bail.

Ms Udeshi, learned APP has strongly opposed the instant application.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed. The applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) each with one solvent surety each in the like amount on the following conditions.

The applicants shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicants shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

2 0402ba36.19 The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

Breach of any of the conditions, amounts to cancellation of bail.
