Shri Dubey, learned APP has filed reply and the same is taken on record.

The applicant was on bail. During the trial, only on one day, the applicant was absent and, therefore, non bailable warrant was issued. He was arrested by the police. Now he is in jail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he will attend the trial Court regularly and, therefore, prayed for grant of bail.

Learned APP has strongly objected the application. The applicant was already on bail. Therefore, he be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were passed when he was released on bail. The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date regularly. JUDGE *rrg.
