By this application, the respondent No.1 seeks withdrawal of the decreetal amount deposited by the appellant.

The contention is that the appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount. Out of the awarded amount, 30% has been directed to be given to the respondent No.1. 3.

Since the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are minors being the son and daughter of respondent No.1, permission is granted to respondent No.1 to withdraw her share i.e. 30% amount of the award alongwith proportionate interest and accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
