On the other hand, Shri Thengre, Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 2,3 and 5 opposes the application. None appeared on behalf of other nonapplicants, though served. 4.

I have gone through the application and found that the reasons stated in the application are sufficient and explanation offered in paragraph 6 justifies the delay caused in filing the second appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the Second Appeal is condoned.
