Heard Shri N.A. Jachak, the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by the Grievance Committee for entertaining the complaint of "Shikshan Sewak" has not been complied with. The learned Advocate for the respondent submits that the appointment order as per the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.1095/2014 has been given to the petitioner.

In view of the above facts, without delving into the issue as to whether there is wilfil disobedience on the part of the respondents, I propose to drop the contempt proceedings. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Ambulkar
