DATED : 10-07-2025 Having heard for some time, one of the crucial issues that requires answer is whether the document viz. part of Annexure-J, page nos. 65-E and 65-F is a document of the meeting held in November, 2022 or is a document of the meeting held in April, 2022. The document, as such, indicates that the meeting was held in April, 2022 whereas respondent no. 4, who is signatory to the document, submits that the month 'April' has been inadvertently mentioned and the meeting was in fact held in November, 2022. Thus, the question is whether the meeting was at all held in April, 2022. This document was not put forth before the respondent no. 1 though pleadings to that effect were made by the petitioner and, therefore, it will be appropriate for respondent no. 1 to have a re-look to the controversy.

In view the above, the petition is partly allowed. Impugned order dated 30-12-2024 passed by respondent no. 1 - Additional Collector, Buldhana is quashed and set aside. The

2 wp 197.2025.odt enquiry is restored to the file of respondent no. 1 for consideration afresh in accordance with law.

The parties shall appear before respondent no. 1 on 16-7-2025.

Respondent no. 1 shall decide the proceedings within four weeks from the date of appearance of parties. 5.

The status as was existing before respondent no. 1 shall stand restored as regards petitioner's status. (Anil L. Pansare, J.) wasnik
