The Petitioner has challenged the acceptance of nomination form of Respondent No.3. As per the election programme declared, the voting is scheduled tomorrow on 15 January, 2021. 3.

As per the settled law, interference in Writ jurisdiction at such an advance stage, which will interrupt the schedule of election, is not
