After arguing for sometime when we expressed that, at this stage, since the investigation is in progress we are not inclined to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the learned Advocate for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate forum, if charge-sheet is filed against him.

The Criminal Application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
