Shri D.N. Kukday, the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that in terms of judgment and order passed in the petition, an amount of Rs.25,000/- was paid to the claimants towards 'no fault liability' and an amount of Rs.12,500/- has been deposited in this Court at the time of preferring the appeal. He submits that there is no question of any further payment to be made by the appellant. In view of this, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. The civil application for stay stands disposed of. JUDGE *sandesh
