Heard Shri Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ukey, learned APP for respondent No. 1.

The learned APP has pointed out that on the basis of complaint dated 27.08.2014, charge sheet is already filed in December 2014 before the Competent Court.

One of the grievance made on behalf of the petitioner is, lack of jurisdiction in Respondent No. 1 - Police Station to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet. However, during arguments, it is pointed out to us that the applicant has already appeared before the trial Court.

In this situation, keeping said contention and all other objections raised before this Court open and with liberty to the applicant to point out the same to the trial Court, we dispose of the present application. No order as to costs.
