DATE : January 14, 2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh caste certificate dated 10/01/2020 has been issued in the name of the petitioner by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Form-C. In view of this and as per the earlier order dated 30/06/2016 passed by the Scrutiny Committee, the petitioner can get such certificate scrutinized for issuance of validity certificate. In view of above, we permit the petitioner to approach the Scrutiny Committee and tender such certificate before it. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the caste-claim of the petitioner on merits in accordance with law and shall not reject the claim on the ground that on earlier occasion that is on 30/06/2016 the claim of the petitioner was rejected. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
