Heard.

The victim is the daughter of present applicant. The applicant had taken her daughter for medical check up and she found that her daughter was carrying pregnancy. Thereafter, the victim was beaten by the husband of present applicant, cousin etc. It was revealed that her daughter was remained pregnant because of sexual intercourse by cousin brother. Her husband, cousin and others beat the victim on the head of victim and she died. Thereafter, they thrown dead body in the well. The present applicant kept her chappals near the well. Except that, there is no other incriminating material against the present applicant. The applicant might have done so because other accused are her husband, cousin etc. The applicant is the mother of the victim. She has not played any active role while beating the deceased. Hence, the following order. The application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions.

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.
