Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is not in dispute that the trial has already begun and three witnesses have already been examined. Earlier, application for grant of bail was also rejected. The present application has been filed on the ground that the trial has not been completed. I, therefore, pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No.25/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial Judge shall make an endeavour to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
