DATE : 10.4.2015 Considering the order passed by the Division Bench on Civil Application No.7283/2008 in Letters Patent Appeal No.375/2008 on 25th November, 2008, the prayer for vacating the interim order cannot be considered. The grievance made by the respondent no.1 in this application prima facie cannot be accepted after the period of 6 years. The civil application is dismissed. However, the entitlement of the respondent no.1/employee to receive the amount as per the impugned order will be considered at the time of final hearing. JUDGE Tambaskar.
