Heard Shri Kilor, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Kankale, learned AGP for the respondents.
Perused the reply.
Our attention has been invited to orders dated 05.11.2014 in Writ Petition No. 297 of 2014 and other connected matters. Shri Kilor, learned counsel as well as Shri Kankale, learned AGP submit that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of directions given therein.
Accordingly, in terms of leave given to the petitioners in para 5 of the said order, we dispose of the present writ petition. The petitioners to move appropriate application giving necessary details within a period of four weeks from today. If such an application is received by the authority, the authority shall consider it in the light of law as laid down by this Court in the
191wp380.14 case of Jaikumari Amarbahadursingh & Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr., reported at 2009 (1) ALL MR 343, within a further period of four weeks.
Thus, leaving all other contentions open, we dispose of the present writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
