At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, we kept this matter at 2.30 p.m. today, so as to enable him to make statement. Neither the counsel is present nor any one has made before us the statement in respect of the deposit of amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. Since the petitioner is not interested in going ahead with this matter, Writ Petition is dismissed.

Shri Amol Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner, has approached and submits that the petitioner is personally present before this Court and is prepared to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-.

We do not find that it is a case where cognizance can be taken. Writ Petition is dismissed.
