Shri Patil, learned Counsel for applicant, submits that applicant would deposit entire decretal amount within two weeks from today.
On depositing entire decretal amount as per award as aforesaid, there shall be stay to implementation and execution of impugned judgment and award dated 16/7/2014 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in L.A.P. No. 6/2005 pending appeal. Stand over to 7/11/2017.
