DATE : 07/12/2020 { The appeal preferred by the Insurance Company was permitted to be withdrawn as per the order dated 07/03/2019. This Court directed that the compensation be paid to the claimant as per the judgment of the Claims Tribunal.

The claimant/non-applicant No.1 has already received an amount of Rs. 16,72,960/-. The office has not paid the accrued interest for the reason that there was no mention in the order dated 07/03/2019. Hence the directions.

Nazar is directed to transfer the amount of interest, if any, on the amount of Rs. 16,72,960/-, by transferring it to the account of non-applicant No.1 on personal identification.
