The petition claims alleged contempt vis-a-vis the order dated 10.11.2023 in Writ Petition No.7743 of 2023, which directs the representation of the petitioner to be considered by the respondent No.2, in light of the Government Resolution dated 15.12.2004 and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader makes a statement, that the representation of the petitioner has been decided, in terms of the GR dated 15.12.2004 and the petitioner has been absorbed in Daulat Singh Vidyalay, Pipri (Meghe), District Wardha. Copy of this decision is tendered across the Bar and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

Though the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner questions the said decision on the ground that it does not properly take into consideration the GR dated 15.12.2004, however that is not something, which can be considered in contempt jurisdiction. In view of the aforesaid position, the notice of contempt is discharged. 5.
