Considering the facts of the case, respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(e) are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and balance 50% amount shall be given to respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1 (e) on filing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) to the effect that at the time of hearing if it is found that respondent Nos.1(a) to 1 (e) are not entitled for the amount withdrawn by them, they shall re-deposit the amount with interest as would be determined by this Court, within stipulated time.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
