Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P.

This application is to issue fresh notice to respondent No.2 contending that the earlier notice was received by her mother-in-law which was issued on the basis of address mentioned in the First Information Report and thus, the Court accordingly held that respondent No.2 is served, however not present on 09/01/2020.

According to the petitioner, respondent No.2 is residing in the address given in paragraph No.4 of the application and not the one mentioned in the F.I.R and as such, is un-served.

In that view of the matter, application stands disposed of as allowed.
