By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks an action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions in the judgment dated 29.06.2015 in the writ petition filed by the petitioner.

It is stated that till the contempt petition was filed, the respondents had not released the amount to the petitioner. Shri Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that though the amount was not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of two months due to the technical difficulties, the amount has now been paid to the petitioner. It is stated that the bills are sent to the Treasury and it is most likely that the petitioner must have received the same.

Shri Sheikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute that the amount is paid to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
